the location was good, close to the market and easy to find after getting off the bus. the balcony view was great, especially during sunset.
The staff's attitude was extremely disappointing. They were unable to help us with the television and had no solution for the lack of soap and toilet paper.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the market area, making it convenient for shopping and dining. the rooms are spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff is helpful and friendly, providing good service. the balcony offers a great view, adding to the overall experience. hot water and a good WiFi connection are available, enhancing the stay.
The TV remote control was missing, causing inconvenience in accessing the TV channels.

The hotel was conveniently located near the night bus stop and the market, making it easy to explore the area. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable place to rest, while the balcony offered stunning views of the surroundings. the hotel had a good connection to Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected during our stay.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay at the hotel. The staff's attitude could have been better, and we had some difficulty accessing certain amenities such as the TV remote and hot water for bathing.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, as it was close to the market and within walking distance. The staff was helpful and the check-in process was smooth, even though we arrived late at night. The room was spacious and clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The balcony offered a stunning view, which was a great bonus. We also appreciated the availability of hot water and the strong WiFi connection.
